When should my puppy visit a groomer?
The earlier the better! Once pup has had their vaccines and its safe for them to venture out into the big wide world they can come and see us. We recommend at least 3 or Puppy introductions before the full groom. This helps pup settle into the process and avoids it being a scary experience for them.
How much does dog grooming cost?
The cost of grooming varies from one dog to the next even if the same breed. This is because regularity of grooming, style, coat condition and behavior can all have a baring on prices. We can give a rough price on booking but it will not be exact until we've completed the groom.
Can we visit before our appointment?
Of course! We actually encourage a free meet 'n' treat before your appointment! This gives you and your dog a chance to see the salon, meet us and see how you feel. If youd like to book a meet 'n' treat please do contact us.
How long will my dog be at the groomers for?
Length of time varies from dog to dog and can range anywhere between 1 and 2.5 hours.
How often should my dog be groomed?
This will vary depending on your dogs coat type and personality. A nervous dog for example would benefit from a shorter grooming schedule as this helps build confidence. As a general rule of thumb between 4 and 8 weeks is recommended for most dog breeds.

Yes! We have 4 parking spaces right outside the unit!
